Proposed Developments These are development proposal for the Ward that have not yet received final approval from the city.

There is a proposal to rezone 71 Wyndham Street South from the current CR-7 (Commercial-Residential) Zone to CBD.1 (Central Business District) with special regulations to permit the development of a 14-storey residential building containing a total of 140 apartment units. This site is currently zoned for a building between 6 and 10 stories.

The city will hold a future public meeting to discuss the future of this proposal.
